3. Let's say we have one business rule and workflow and their logic is conflicting then which one is applied.
4. Which is more secure REST or SOAP and why.
5. In change module I want to send the notification to the CAB manager before 5 minutes of planned start date/time. How we can achieve this.
6. Could you please elaborate what is the difference between on start and on before transform map script.
7. Let's say we have one itil user and one of the admin gives him table.* ACL access in read operation then what will happen. (assume table is incident).
8. I want to show only in progress incidents to itil user, how we can achieve this.
9. Assume there is one field in incident table their name is reason condition is that I want to make this field mandatory if incident is going to resolved and their SLA is breached. How you can do.
10. what is the order of execution of ACL.
