ServiceNow Developer Interview Questions - 13

Today I'm adding a new post in our servicenow developer interview series. I hope you like it.

1. What is the benefits of using scripted API rather than using Table API.

2. Let's say we have one notification and we are triggering that notification to caller and assigned to user fields and now in caller and in assigned to field user is same then how many mail does user receives.

3. What are the different types of authentication methods available in REST message.

4. Can we call REST message using Async business rule.

5. can we write both server and client side code in same UI action. If yes, then how.

6. Can you explain any realtime example where you have used all ITSM modules (incident, change, problem and service request).

7. I want to add one new change type, how can I do.

8. Let's say I have resolved 100 in progress incidents  mistakenly, but I want to again change it to in progress. How we can do this and also ensure that while changing their state to in progress no notification should be triggered to the respective users.

9. In notification there is something called as weight, what does it mean.

10. What are the different objects available in mail script.
